What is a Matterport 3D Tour?

A Matterport 3D Tour is an immersive 3D walkthrough that allows anyone to explore your property online as if they were there in person.

Tours can be embedded in MLS listings, shared on social media, or added to websites. They are also highly effective for short-term rentals (Airbnb, VRBO), hotels, and vacation properties — giving guests or buyers a realistic sense of the space before booking or visiting.

This makes your property stand out, saves time on showings, and increases engagement with potential clients.

How does it work?

1. Book online on our website, select the package and add-ons, and pay via Stripe.

2. Provide the exact property address and a contact person or lockbox code to ensure access.

3. Our specialist arrives on-site and scans the property (typically 1–2 hours for apartments, 2–4 hours for larger homes).

4. Within 24–48 hours, you will receive your Matterport tour link (and any add-ons you selected).

Important Policy: If no contact person or lockbox is provided, and our specialist cannot access the property, the booking fee is non-refundable.

What’s included in the base package?

The base package includes the Matterport 3D Tour and a basic schematic floor plan (free of charge).

Do you provide photos and professional floor plans?

Yes. In addition to the free schematic plan, you can order:

• Basic listing photos (non-professional) — you can check the photo quality in the Photos section of our website.

• Professional floor plan with detailed measurements.

These add-ons are available during booking for an additional fee.

How do I receive my files?

All deliverables (tour link, schematic plan, add-ons) are sent to the email address provided during booking.

If you need to update the email address, just write us at boston3dtour@gmail.com with the new contact email you’d like us to use.

How long is my tour hosted?

Each tour includes 60 days of hosting starting from the publish date.

What happens after 60 days?

• Transfer the tour to your own Matterport account (free hosting if you manage it yourself).

• Or keep hosting with us at $9/month or $85/year.

• If hosting expires, the tour becomes inactive. Reactivation is available for $40 per tour.

How do I book a tour?

Booking is done online through our website. Select your service, add-ons, date/time, and pay securely via Stripe.

Do you offer discounts?

Yes. We support promo codes and also offer discounts for multiple properties or repeat clients.
